We are pleased to announce that INFRA JV have officially opened our new European headquarters in Würzburg. The new office, located at Winterhäuser Straße 87, 97084 Würzburg, marks an exciting milestone in our expansion into the German and wider DACH-region infrastructure archaeology market.

The Suedlink megaproject initiative, a major step towards sustainable energy solutions, goes beyond engineering to ensure the protection of cultural heritage along the way.
We are delighted to announce that we signed contracts on the 23rd of August 2023 in Würzburg, Germany, to provide archaeological services on the SuedLink Project. The team is looking forward to starting work!
We are proud to announce the creation of INFRA Europe, a powerful new multi-partner archaeological trading group, set to begin operations on major infrastructure projects in the heart of Europe. Combining the extensive expertise and size of our partner companies based in Germany, Ireland and the UK, INFRA Europe will be one of the largest commercial archaeology alliances in the region.
Mark Collard, Project Director at INFRA JV, recently presented information on some of the amazing archaeological discoveries we have made on the HS2 project as part of a digital interactive event. This was hosted by HS2 Ltd in association with FUSION JV as a contribution to the Council for British Archaeology Festival of Archaeology. The presentation was very well received with an excellent Q&A session afterwards.
Infra JV, a Joint venture of Network Archaeology Ltd and Rubicon Heritage Services Ltd, is delighted to announce that we will be working with Highways England to deliver its new £195m Archaeology Framework on major road projects across England. The four-year framework offers Infra JV the opportunity to work closely with the government-owned company in protecting and enhancing the environment, including England’s unique cultural heritage and buried archaeology.
Constructionline is a register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants used by the construction industry of the United Kingdom. The database contains details for over 46,000 suppliers and is accessed by more than 4,000 buyer organisations. Constructionline provides procurement and supply chain management services, helping buyers source suppliers.
As part of the large-scale advance archaeological works during the Enabling Works for HS2 mitigation works between London and Birmingham, excavation of 7ha has been carried out at Wellwick Farm, near Wendover, Buckinghamshire. Implemented on the ground by Infra JV, the works have been managed by Dr Rachel Wood MCIfA of the Historic Environment Research and Delivery Strategy (HERDS) team at Fusion JV and led on the ground by Louis Stafford MCIfA of Infra.
We were pleased to be asked by Essex Society for Archaeology and History (ESAH) to give a talk on our findings from a project adjacent to Southend Airport. This took place on the second of November 2019 and was well received by all present.
