We are proud to announce the creation of INFRA Europe, a powerful new multi-partner archaeological trading group, set to begin operations on major infrastructure projects in the heart of Europe. Combining the extensive expertise and size of our partner companies based in Germany, Ireland and the UK, INFRA Europe will be one of the largest commercial archaeology alliances in the region.

INFRA Europe is a Joint Venture between ADW Archäologische Dienstleistungen Wolff, Network Archaeology Ltd, Rubicon Heritage Services Ltd, SPAU GmbH, and SWA Südwest-Archäologie. Initially concentrating on the exciting and expanding German market, INFRA Europe has been established to specialize in the delivery of large-scale archaeology projects in advance of infrastructure, such as renewable energy generation and linear projects like transmission networks, roads and rail.

INFRA pools the resources and extensive experience of our partners to provide the perfect solution for the delivery of the highest-quality archaeology within the context of large-scale infrastructure development. In the UK, the INFRA JV consisting of Rubicon Heritage and Network Archaeology has already delivered significant archaeological works worth over £20m on HS2 (High Speed 2), which is the largest civil engineering project currently being undertaken in Europe, and has also completed wide-ranging archaeological works in advance of the Southend Airport Business Park.

"As a forward-looking and progressive company, we are delighted to participate in this fantastic new development. Working in partnership with our European partners will allow our team to share and enhance their skills in new and challenging environments to the benefit our clients across Europe. It will help to secure and deliver a greater understanding of our shared archaeological past".
